Full Anchor Scar Mastopexy is a procedure in which a only skin is removed in order to correct the shape of the breast and placement of the nipple. This procedure is generally made when it is below the level of the lower breast. The procedure is similar to that of a breast reduction surgery but with the breast tissue preserved.
